Prince William waving to members of the public after unveiling a new sculpture of Major Frank Foley by artist Andy de Comyn. Major Foley was a British Intelligence Officer for the Embassy in Berlin where he bent the rules to allow thousands of Jewish families escape Nazi Germany.
