Images of dog are projected onto a city gate in Taipei, Taiwan, 24 February 2018, at the start of the Taipei Lantern Festival. Many Taiwan cities are holding the Lantern Festivall as part of the Chinese New Year celebrations. The Chinese New Year, or Year of the Dog, began on 16 February 2018.
